Our team is qualified in managing controlled medications, providing wound care, home oxygen administration, and other forms of nursing services.
A: Depending on your care need, we advocate for you by accompanying and helping you ask the right questions during your doctors’ and other healthcare appointments, locate and avail of community resources applicable for you, or provide you with best practices and up-to-date evidence for your well-informed decision-making.
A: AllCare ensures that each carer pass and comply with our screening and onboarding protocol.
Police clearance, references and other safety checks are required prior to joining our caring team.
A: The AllCare Nursing team educates and trains each care provider according to each of our care partner’s (client’s) needs and preferences.
Depending on the urgency of your care need, buddy or shadow-shifts may transpire.
A: Our leadership team stays abreast with current care practices, prioritizes safety and continuous quality improvement.
We provide in-house professional development and partner with other organizations in the educational and skills enhancement of our team.
We are in good standing with our regulatory bodies, the BC Care Providers Association/EngAge BC, SafeCare BC and WorkSafe BC.
A: Everyone in our team are employees, receiving living wages and regular benefits. To ensure high quality and consistent care, we do not have independent contractors.
A: Yes, we are happy to provide you with proof of our licenses, training records, clearances, and other forms of documentation for your assurance.
